Did a little brick session this morning , 10 mile bike followed by a 2.5k run and felt ok, got the Ribby hall Tri next Sunday so getting a bit of practice in

My legs seem to have recovered from the Manchester marathon now so hopefully they will hold out on Sunday at the DIY half IM .I've not swum or biked since September so it should be interesting might not do it all I will see how it goes.

Crooky, I really enjoyed it even though it was tough, we had good weather and the sun was out but it was cold and windy up the mountain so be prepared for all weathers
