What a great idea, I thought, all those handily packed carbs in the goody bag. (Uncle Ben's rice, pasta, Pot-Noodle.) Replenish those tired muscles! Bit of an emotional lift after a less than successful race.

Must have missed the microwave tent in the crowds. Felt like I was on the way home from Sainsbury's after a particularly irrational shop.

KIMM: www.kimm.com

I've got the 35litre version which is good but maybe bigger than you really need. There are smaller ones too. Mine isn't platy-compatible but I believe the most recent versions are.
I reckon it's pretty good - but it is pared down in order to reduce weight. There's no padding on the back - so it can be a bit sweaty.
