POdds - Hey Yes a shame I didnt come back a little earlier.
Westie - Hi there - My little Mac is the family's best friend. We love him so much!!
Sunshine - Awww, Westies are so easy going and loving and most of all manageable. Our baby is 9 next and we can just see him turning into the older gent, lol. He'd be happy to lay about, in the same spot all day
I had a little plod last night and the legs are a little stiff this morning so running on Sunday next.
Have a fab Friday everyone and I'll check back later.
Haha, yes, I have a very very lazy Westie, he's 9 and has a dodgy ankle so can't run lots, boohoo. I also have a corn snake, 2 years old and sheds his skin at least once every 8 weeks. Lives on mice (dead & frozen) and the kI've love playifee with and feeding him. I'm in Manchester btw. Also just signed up for a 10 k in Oct with my hubby, so that should keep me motivated. Hubby did his first half marathon in the Isle of Man last Sat and he was fab! X
Ha, it took me 10 mins just to read back on what I missed during the day. Everyone is really busy. And thanks for all the welcomes I had a hysterectomy last Oct and only completely recovered I'd say about March time. Tried a few times to get back out but probably wasn't ready, but I am now. Feeling good from last nights run, so off out in a bit for a bimble then that's it till Saturday or Sunday even. I did use the forums a few years ago when I was running and it's great to be back. Cheers guys!
Wow, this is a busy forum. I'm enjoying reading how connected you all are. Hopefully I can fit in like that soon. It's lovely to share and get advice & tips. Well I went for my first run in a while last night and did 2 miles, slow albeit but who cares. Can't wait to get out again tonight and then Saturday, just to see how it goes again I hope you all slept well. Have a great day guys. Up for work now, don't feel like I slept much. X
