I'm pretty sure white dog poo is just very dry dog poop.

I thought excess calcium was pi$$ed out  through the urinary tract  (hence things like  kidney stiones) rather than in poop

I usually do most of my training runs with a permanently depressed airhorn strapped to either side of my head, do you think I can wear them in races and if I don't will my pace suffer?

'literally'' when used to mean 'nearly' rather than 'actually'.

I'm not sure if it is a symptom of the increasing size of the evnet, but I found that there were a lot more selfish runners out there than I'm used to. There was a bit too much jostling and use of elbows, I even saw a few people knocked over by 'over-competitive' runners. I have to say that it impacted more on my race than the delay.

Because of the two lap arrangement, the  crowds are pretty big (and enthusiastic) for a fair amount of the course, I wouldn't want to miss out on their encouragement; I'm going to need it!
