Many congrats Gobi. Top job!

Work has kept me busy but have managed to do a bit of running

Sat My first 5km Parkrun  

Sun 6km walk

Mond 15km walk

Tues 5km run

Wed 11km hilly run

Frid 12km walk

Aiming next to up the distance, bringing time down on parkrun and make friends with the hills

Can't wait to get hubby home from Paris to London charity cycle ride tonight!

Morning everyone. Good luck with all your running and races. 

Thursday 4,5k

Friday 7k walk and 3k run

Either walking or running every day this week so am beginning to feel less sluggish.

Went to tennis social Friday and allowed myself to have nice curry    

Thanx  Zion. Yes it is a great feeling! Can't wait for all the walking and running next week.

Goal is to do the circuit around Richmond Park 12 k in week following half term :0)

5k run today

Less huffing and puffing so all good.

Good to see you are back on track, Jason.
