I ran a PW yesterday at Richmond Park Marathon, really struggled. I too was questioning how the hell am I going to get around another 100. Like a few others on here, it's been full on over the last 6 weeks and also think I've not recovered from the TP100. After the NDW50 in two week, I'm going to take a 4 week taper with open arms, and hope everything comes together on race day.

Ran the Farnham/Guildford section this evening, firm underfoot with perfect weather/tempeture conditions. Hope it stays this way.
