Club 10k, actioned in 1hr... Having also cycled that day and run quite a bit the last couple of weeks, my legs were dead!! Good run, but hard... |

All this talk of ultras and weird drinks... Oh dear maybe i've stumbled down the rabbit hole...! Looking forward to the pub after the marathon, sounds like it'll be another kind of marathon session!! | |

Wow, that's how you finish a race... Shame he's passed away at only 24. Elite runner or not, that's too young for anyone to lose their life... sad times. | |

Nice thread, getting a bit off topic, but still a fun read...
Glad Simply Run responded in such a positive way, hopefully the OP (and follow up complaint) were both satisfied.
Still amazed that a lot of users on all sorts of sites are so black and white on issues. Love or hate, but rarely in between...
