I run with my toy terrier and he loves it, although he has seemed to have caught on ye that cars are bad for him

I got the same as you when i started out but in my knees my knees were bruised but i ran on regardless of the pain and its stopped hurting in hindsight it wasn't the smartest thing to do and i wouldn't advise you to run if its starts hurting best letting your body recover and then run i find when im injured and i rest and let my body recover then when i come back i can run futher, it works for me =D =)

I dont mind the rain, it gets rid of the sweat off my hair haha and cools me down =D

Also an old lady noticed i run past her house with my dog and she started a covoservation she was a nice lady and we talked for like 10 minutes thats cheered me up and gave my a movtiavation boost =D, so you get the good with the bad, more good though

I started running 9 months back when i was 15, because i had alot of time on my hands back then and i was unfit i wasn't fat but i had awful stamina.
