hello guys!! Long time since i've been on here (at least a month) but have been tres busy at home and work.

Running is still happening though- started interval training on the treddies to improve fitness as advised by instructor and i ran a nice 5.2 miles with the dog the other day outside. Hoping now the evenings are pulling out to keep up this good work!

my 5k at r4l last year was about 33 mins if i remember correctly?

remember weather conditions, race conditions, how you feel on the day etc all play a part in how you race.
