There is a free website called http://www.walkjogrun.net/. If you sign up (for free) there are many routes in the Stoke-on-Trent area. I have put up a few myself.

For any more running tips and advice take a look at my twiiter page... http://twitter.com/bournestoke

I've done some research on sports nutrition and i'm getting a lot of mixed opinion about whether it is worthwhile or not. Most products seemingly only have short-term benefit. Is this the case or does anybody know of any products that have long-term nutritional value.

Anybody got any thoughts about the best drinks, gels and bars on the market?
