I should say you'll get both of them cracked within a year if you put the training in, espcially if you've recently returned to running. Though i have found getting the couple of minutes off for a 10k takes a long time to come, and I still haven't managed a sub 90 half, missed out by 9 seconds on one last year! |

Hope it goes better for you next time Lincoln Runner, I am also a runner from Lincoln (we probably go to the same club?) If it is that club then there's so many of them its hard to get to know people lol. Different faces each time, hard to find your place amongst them. |

Hi Andrew, By no means an expert but I would recommend racing in the same shoes that you train in or at least done some training in, anything else is asking for an injury, particularly from supports to neutrals. If your determined to wear neutrals do some training in them and see how you go, I recently moved from supports to neutrals with no major problems. |
