Back in the swing then TR. I'm finding it slow going as my heel still isn't perfect but am managing 3 easy runs a week, 2 or 3 bikes and a swim or two...so not all doom and gloom.....and I hate football..
Had shockwave therapy which has pretty much cleared up the plantar if I didn't have to run. But I do and I am albeit slowly and 3 times a week for now. Feel most unfit. I'll know when I can up the ante!
