Does anyone have any idea about recovery afetr an extreme event?
Im doing the UK ironman in August and would also like to do a marathon as my next event.
I don't want to loose the staminer Ive built up for the ironman, but i want to build up some speed which I will have lost through ironman training (and I want to recover sufficiently as I'd love to run a fast time... or faster than ive done before).
any wisdom? suggestions? experience? The dublin marathon - one ive done before - in at the end of October... I wonder is that would be too soon?
