Think Ill get up early to enter it rather than stay up late. I did that last year and also recall that entries closed during the day as numbers were reached early.Tricky for someif working and dont have internet access.
Achilles Heel on Great western Road do running sessions from the shop at 5.30pm each evening Mo,Tues & wed.never been but have many friensd who go.just call the shop for advice.
My last pair of trainers cost me £90 which I thought rather expensive!However looking around for a new style I noticed that many were over the £100 price tag!Of course I know that running is generally a pretty inexpensive sport but the price of trainers seems to have rocketed in the last few years.Am I just showing my age or is running now becoming rather more expensive?Discuss
Merry Christmas everyone!Great wee run around Paisley with Santa hat complete with pigtails.Everyone seemed in good spirits and I recieved around a dozen friendly toots!Time to relax and enjoy some fine food and wine!
