Hi I entered a 10k today it's not until oct 2nd, recently did my 1st half marathon in 2.16 and have done 5k in 24 mins. I know I have plenty of time till race but just after people's thoughts on what I should do. I run mon wed fri and big run on sun usually about 8 miles +. Just did 7 miles in 57 mins but wasnt totally pushing. Do you think under 45 is realistic. Also I do strength & cardio at gym in between running days having a sat off, any thoughts on what I should be doing until then
