its an off road course, its not 100% accurate, its not offically measured, its always been a hard long course, the grass is always long, its not a PB course but i Love it!! its fun, well supported, friendly and a well organised run.
You should never have chosen this as a race to get a PB, its just not that sort of course even if it was accurate. So be unhappy with your coach, not Bexley, as you ran it with totally unrealistic expectations. | |
