Can anybody recommend some shorts/tights/underwear which supports mens bits and keeps them separate from the top of the thighs? I have recently started running again and have been reminded that i suffer quite badly from chub rub. Ive used all the creams and stuff before but im not keen on lubing up if im honest. If anybody has had the same problem and found a product which helps id love to hear from you.
