Hi you lot Very wet up here in Cheshire...not inspiring to run ! We have both been having lessons to learn to do the crawl/ freestyle..still swallowing a lot of water at the moment, but getting a good workout. About to enter the Tatton Yomp for early December, so timeto get back into the swing of running Rob |

Hi gang Some good stuff here First cance to go on line since coming back from " Race the Train " at Tywyn last weekend. It was a great event, also nice weather for a change. Jane did the morning one ( train up, run back; 5.5 miles)I did the afternoon ( run up and down; 14 miles ) We both loved it; almost all off road, a couple of very muddy bits ( on mine) and a fair few hills; but great atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended if any of you lot fancy it next year Felt pretty stiff afterwards, but had a nice swim in the sea ( in the rain, waether was back to normal!) next day before heading home Next event for us is likley to be Taaton Yule Yomp in Decemeber.Time to enter Cheers Rob |
