Hi,

I've recently bought a Garmin Forerunner 205, and whilst I'm pleased with what it does when you're running, the Motionbased software seems a bit limited - the maps seem very basic.  I'd ideally like to overlay/analyse some of my running routes on OS Maps (I've got soem Adventure Races coming up).  I've seen the Memory Map software - can anyone comment on whether it's any good - also is there anything else out there (particularly Freeware) that will do what I'm looking for?

Cheers

David

Thanks BK - the Woodcote 10K sounds like it may be worth a bash.

What a fantastic day - weather superb, gorgeous scenery and great support.

As for me, a combination of Abingdon recovery and dodgy stomach, led to a slower time than last year, but given that my heart rate was near max for most of the race, I was happy with 1:43:42. Slept very well last night.

That's the last race I've got planned for the year unless anyone has got some good suggestions....

Rich - you caught me about 6 photos down from the man running with the cyclist in the 18 mile pages - probably the moment it all started to go horribly wrong....

Legs still feeling tired - Marlow 1/2 is going to be tough this weekend.
