Started up running again after a couple of years break.thing is i'm going on a run every day! i just can't help it, if i haven't gone on one i get itchy feet...i've done this for a couple of weeks now and can already tell the difference. Am i over doing it? i started off walking (mainly, with my dogs) then increased to running for abit then walking, then running. I find i'm runing most of the time now. my route equals about three miles at the mo,Am i over doing it? i've always enjoyed exercising. Help.
