Do the organisers actually publish figures to explain how the places are allocated, it would be interesting to know out of the total how many places are already allocated to charities, GFA applicants and other similar categories and how many are actaully available for the 125000 who enter the ballot? |

I heard an interview on the radio a few months back about a product for attaching race number to vests without the use of pins or by using a race belt. Does anybody know anything about it? |

Yes you will need a helmet but nothing special. With regards kit all you really need is your running kit, any bike, helmet and something to swim indoors in. You could spend a fortune on kit just to find you do not enjoy it or just use what you can have or borrow. |
