Not sure if im doing this right, been a couple of years since i have been on here.
I was here in 2004/2005 traing for the 2005 marathon, i found keeping up my running a struggle with doing a course for work.
The last 2months i have got back into my running and am enjoying it more then ever. Have a lot of work to do, have put in for the great south in oct!!
Have seen some names i recognise, have been reading and lookin for a while.
Look forward to join in some of your posts.

Hi All,
brill day loved every min of it, thats why i took so long!! i was soakin up the sun & atmosphere. Great to see you all there at 17ml, cheers much appreciated.
Pat on back to all supporters, brill job.
1st and last time for me, wanted to do it for so long, put in again this year ran in memory of me mum, job done. Will still run but that was special for me never be beaten.
Thanks for all help, advice support etc, great web site.
Hope you all enjoyed it as much as me.
