I'm starting back from injury, never done off road, and based on Sundays run will be lucky (and delighted) to do it in 1.45 but will prob. take longer as I will have to run round pudddles, tip-toe through mud etc. Oh yes, and walk up hills.
lo at the dragon bit!!! You've obviously seen me running, did think of leaving the dragon home as he doesn't like mud.. but he does like the majorettes.
:-) was my shy, enigmatic smile!!
I've been agonising over joining a club, I'm a solitary runner, but I know I'd probably do better with company... probably. Running forever would be obvious choice, Trull troggers clashes with other stuff and Taunton AC sounds way too grown up! Didnt record FM I'm sorry, just got back in time to see last 15 mins of ladies omwards.
My training is going not too bad, thanks, new plan now, to always do hilly long runs, even if it means walking sometimes,so Snowdon not totally out of question, one day, although I'm toying with the idea of Cardiff for this autumn...
