Recieved the march 2013 magazine the other day and noticed a special offer for subscribers on the back of the address page, but wife been all conciencious that she is has thrown it out with the rest of the bumf that you get and now i cant seem to remember or find the information on it, if anyone has got the info and would like to share then please do
thats great work, i was like yourself when started running again a few years ago, when first started was struggling to run more than a mile or two without a break, now with some hard work and plenty of tarmac bashed i am training for a marathon next year and managed 15 miles this moring. I found that entering local runs gave me great incentive to push myself that little bit more as had something matarial to focus on, Lincoln 10k was the first one i did.
I have starting running further in preperation for a Marathon next year and over the long distances, mainly above about 9/10 miles i am getting very sore nips especially in the colder weather and unfortunatly most of my running for the next few months will be in close to 0 degress or below as in the north of scotland, so any advice would be very much appreciated.
