im currently training for a 10k at the end of august in langport,somerset. i have started an 8 week training plan through paula radcliffes book "how to run" and i was wandering once raced, how long should i wait to start training again for another race? there are many plans out there but they never say how long before starting another plan. is it a personal thing, knowing your body? etc etc.. please help
hi everyone, what are everyones thoughts of running in the snow? i have a half marathon at the end of march and don't want to keep missing crucial runs but also dont want to injure myself. is it time to buy a treadmill? p.s im not a member of a gym and even if i was i would have to travel at least three miles to get to it so travelling in bad conditions isnt ideal
its the fact that i go out for a run and she's kinda jealous of that. completely understand her concerns and have done some early morning runs to remedy this and its worked albeit very tired. have you done a half before and found any training tips?
