Hi everyone I am doing a half marthons next Sunday the problem is I have been on holiday with family for 2 weeks and only ran once for 30 mins in that time,I have just ran 5 mile and huffed and puffed all the way.i am wondering how much I can do before the race .i ran half a dozen 9-10 mile runs before I went away so am sure i will ok but would really like to do a few more runs without harming ant chance of a good finish
