Ali - I have to get up early to run other wise I just find eveything else takes over and I just dont get the time. I've tried running at other times but foudn myself cutting the runs short as I'd remember something I should be doing... I set the alarm and when it goes off I just fallout of bed and think if it as my time. its not always easy but i feel so much better for it.
I know exactly how that feels. In jan we did the goofy on really poor training ( injury and illness). The walk to the car felt longer than the previous 39.3 !
