I'm hoping someone will be able to help, I was playing football last night and stopped suddenly my foot stopped but my ankle rolled forwards. It hurt at the time and stupidly i kept playing.
I Iced my ankle last night and slept with it elevated. There doesnt appear to be any swelling or bruising but i am in an increasing amount of pain. It's a really sharp pain and in a really specific part of my ankle on the inside of the ankle joint.
Any ideas on firstly, what i might have done? and secondly, What i should do about it?
I am a keen runner and this is my first proper injury how long should i rest?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I find I don't want to drink as much any more, I'm sure if push came to shove I probably could drink the same amount |
