Just seen this thread and its grabbed my interest 2014km is now my target for this year .....need to up the mileage though as only ran 80km this month so far still doable though . As for the rest of you already doing it keep going some cracking efforts so far!
Hi guys I have recently been for a Mri on my foot and have just found out they think it's something called intermetatarsal bursitis, has anyone came across this before or know if its easily curable as the pain when running is terrible! Thanks in advance
You can definitely do it!!! Just increase the mileage slowly to avoid injury and you will be there. I was a none runner and started training for a charity run The Great North Run I trained for 7 month and done it.
Argos have the fr10 for £80 . I use the fr110 which I would recommend £99 on amazon ! I agree with Country Jim it does make it easier than phone and it definitely is a good tool to have to improve training runs!
