Get a plastic box from a diy store with a tight lid fill it with water and washing powder then put it in the car boot after your race pop the muddy trail shoes in, by the time you return home the wave effect will clean your trainers easy peasy

I work for royal mail the mag is usualy sent as mailsort stream, so it will probably be sorted by the scabs in the big warehouses royal mail have set up to try and break the strike, but this is just a publicity stunt because the staff don't have any sorting experience so it will take them ages to get through the backlog if it makes you feel better i'm waiting for mine to.

Dons hard hat and takes shelter sorry.
