You are lucky to see several woodpeckers. I haven't seen any yet though often hear one somewhere in woods and/or copses.
I have been thinking the same about doctors. They don't appear to check on interactions or take much notice of side effects reported. So busy these days I suppose they consider it too time consuming to go deeper in checking on multiple prescriptions.
Hope your MRI scan works out ok.
Thanks for your empathy re the depression. I am attending a short BAG once a week but the number of people attending is declining and last week there were only three of us! As you say it cannot be quite understood by non-sufferers. A well known cliché is "pull yourself together and get on with things"
And I appreciate your offer to get in touch by messaging to you. I will bear that in mind if I need to
Let's hope your grandchildren will soon be fine and the baby does not become infected. And of course you don't need a virus either.
Dragged myself down to the trails and did 3 and a half miles, a mixture of walking and running( slowish). Can't seem to get much power in the legs as though there is not enough oxygenated blood getting through.
Marg woke up the other day with a bruise around her left eye. She can't understand as she doesn't recall anything that caused it. It sure wasn't me. Bruise marks still prominent so quite a mystery.
Nice track lap time. A very good way to do speedwork . I used to love training around the Don Valley stadium which doesn't exist anymore as it was demolished much to local sports users disgust.
Presently we both seem to be on similar pace. I am only just above walking pace. I am sure you will soon pickup the pace more akin to pace you usually run at.
I am now on 3 types of eye drops for glaucoma. Could the beta blockers contained in them be getting into blood stream I wonder ? Coupled with a/D's and hbp medication.Maybe one reason it feels harder to run. Stamina is down too.
Ran/walked on three days this week all short 3 miles lake circuit. Heard a woodpecker but couldn't spot it amongst the copse.
