Just finished ploughing through the last dozen pages, and must start off by saying Congrats Matt on your new lodger, I mean daughter... Another weekend of decent results for most of you, MTSG, is it legal!!!! You might have started something there, a lot of people read this thread, and now could be scrolling the up and coming races for social prizes... Still in my easy running phase, which is good because of the way the weather has been... Did race a 5k last Wednesday, and set a pb of 18-51, which am happy with, as it was only 20 months ago I broke 21min for 5k, and I thought that was it...
