Bought the chi running book, still trying to master the system in combination with running using the maffetone 180- training system, which sometimes feels as if i would be quicker walking, any suggestions.
GETTING ALONG FINE WITH MY CRIVIT RUNNING SHOES. HOWEVER I HAVE ADDED A SORBOTHANE FLAT INSOLE & A SPENCO ARCH SUPPORT, NOW MOVING WELL WITH NO PROBLEMS.
HOW LONG UNTIL I FEEL MY KNEE PAIN WILL BEGIN TO BENEFIT FROM CHI RUNNING
