Just done a half marathon ! On my own ! Testing myself for a competitive one soon ! 2 hours 10 minutes, well chaffed with that, it is the furthest I have ever run without stopping ( Purfleet - Ockendon - Grays then back to Purfleet station via London Road ! )
I did my first half last year and I got there over an hour early. The site of very fit looking people jumping around in their elite kit unerved me a little. I am running in a couple of weeks and will get there half an hour before, no earlier ! Best of luck
