The pyramid centre does have showers but you will need to enter as a swim to get to this area.

or ask nicely.... good luck with the 30.

something inbetween will be good, is getting a bit wet out there now, slippy on the beach section,

only 3.5 miles are off road.

any runners coming from brighton area as got a runners who wants to enter and has no car. can you let me know and will get details.
