Use the seams of the suit as a guide, and generally try and pull the crotch as high as it'll go, then keep pulling, work it up your body and make sure you pull the sleeves so the armpits are actually in your armpit rather than stretched so you 'cut the corner' as it were. . . . . . . hope that makes sense!
Oooooh Half Outlaw, how exciting! Can't wait to hear all about it.
Work has been crazy so training has had to go on hold, off to the gym tomorrow morning and have both a run and bike hill reps session booked in. MTBing in the Forest of Dean this weekend though wooohooo!
Mikasa, you only do as much as you like so you could plan a fun route that takes in 3-4 checkpoints and you have fun or you could kill yourself trying to clear the course. . . .I aim for somewhere in the middle, but it makes the events really accessibly and inspiring as you are racing with people who travel all over the world and are in pro teams
If you fancied doing an event as a pair in the autumn/next year let me know (AR 'season' starts/ends in Autumn)
