All a bit of an embarassing farce isn't it?

All entries to Old Town are pretty hilly - Kings Hill, Eastcott Hill, Victoria Road and Croft Road. Often see peeps practising sprints at those areas.

Strange that you say it disappears if keep going. I wore my old trainers yesterday, started to get the same pins and needles sensations but after around 10 minutes of trying to focus more on my running posture the numbness disappeared again. I think I am going to try purchasing new trainers after a review of my running posture at the store before going down the (potentially more expensive!) medical route.

Had ruled out the laces, bought a pair of the elastic lace thingies and it was still the same. Think I am going to have to go to the specialist running store next time I am in the city and get analysed on the treadmill

I have recently started getting pins and needles in both feet around 35-40minutes into a run. Has anyone had similar or point me in the direction of causes. I am thinking it must be the trainers I am wearing (Brookes Ghost2) but they are less than 6 months old and I have done nowhere near the 500mile threshold I would usually think trainers should be good for.
The sensation in my feet is getting almost to the point where I need to stop to try and get some relief and is starting to really put me off going out for any length of time.
