Hi
Does anyone know any plumbers in the bromley kent area? Going through the yellow pages is like trying to win the lottery, you always choose the wrong ones! |

Somehow weight just seems to have fallen off me. Have lost 3 kgs and under my initial target. Im fairly happy with the way i look now, if i lose another kilo then great but if i dont im not bothered. What i just want to do now is be able to maintain it and not ever go up again, although i am off on holiday tomorrow for 10 days so it could go horribly wrong.
Good luck to everyone.
hope you are feeling better twirly. haven't been on here for a few weeks due to illness and being insanely busy at work. have been eating like a proverbial pig and it is reflected in my weight! am deeply ashamed with myself but am back at the gym now and eating much more healthily.
forgive me forumites, for i have sinned.

Its so typical as well. Got right back into running last week, ran 30 miles which is loads for me, then thursday night ran about 4 miles and thought i was going to be sick/ pass out or something and i thought something is wrong here, and what do you know, i woke up friday morning with a stinking cold which ive had ever since.
It also concerns me, that you know in that show You are what you eat, when they show all the unhealthy food they have eaten in a week and your supposed to feel ill from it, well when i watched it last week it had the opposite effect and made me want pizza, fish and chips and curry simultaneously!
I think at some point i have had a heavy fall on my head. |
