hi mannfred i have just been diagnosed with haglunds deformity,i have had lump on my heel for years it wasnt until i started running about 6 years ago that it started giving me bother,it is really stiff and painful in the morning,he has mentioned surgery for it,just like to ask you if you had surgery,was it succesful etc.thanks
Hi my doc has jusy diagnosed me with "haglunds deformity", it is a painful swelling in the heel,he has told me it may need op,is there anyone out there that has even heard of this,what way would it effect my runnning if i did have op,is op succesful,how long would recovery be etc,there must be someone who has heard of this,thanks!
I have lump on back of my heel as couple of years,it comes and goes,very stiff in the morning and can b quite painful from time to time,i find it very hard to run uphill with it,i ice it up most evening,and take anti inflamatories,any idea what it could be?
Hi,i am training for my first marathon which hopefully will be edinburgh in may,i train about 4 times a week i've done lots of 10kms and half marathons,i go to tempo training once a week and speedwork once a week,my times don't seem to be dropping or my pace increasing. I feel like im just going round in circles,i eat properly, drink lots of water someone please advise!martin.
