*nervously pokes head round door*

 Hello the two's.

It's no good - i fail abysmally every time I plan to start posting regularly - I get busy at work/home.

Anyway, hope's everyone's feeling fine in taper week - I've well and truly got taper madness.  I've gone barmy...every kind of feeling of an injury has emerged but did 8 miler pretty well on Friday evening after work and just wondering which trainers to wear now.

This time next week - hopefully we'll all be home, happy and with our medals glued to us.

xx

Hi everyone.

Just wanted to say Hi and that i've not forgotten any of you....things have been a bit frantic here and so not had time to post.  Been thinking of you all so much and hoping everyone's in tip top shape for the weekend. (god that's scary saying that).

Kaffeegg, B&T, Pip and anyone else I've missed who was suffering with niggles - i hope they've been banished and you have a great day.

Everyone else - same goes for you all.

I'll be looking out for jazz hands on the day and think you're all brilliant.

 xxx

HI everyone,

Time goes by so fast these days and I never seem to get a chance to post - is it okay for me to still be included in the terrible 2's?

Assuming it is -Did my 20 miler last friday after a long day at work and felt knackered.  Still do. Was ploddingly slow.  4hrs15 but given my feet were killing me after about 12 miles and I'd be up almost 16 hours I was quite chuffed to finish.

How's everyone going?  Excited/Happy/nervous/tired?

 x
