I really can not stand them. Sometimes I will force one down because I can feel the benefits but I hate the taste of them. I find myself always taking one to a race with me knowing fine well I will not eat it or picking one up at the finish.
Just wondered what people's banana substitute was if you do not like them.
I am currently training for the Brighton marathon, only weeks away now. As I was about to go out the door for a run on Monday evening, I suddenly started to feel a creaking sensation over my right foot, along my big toe. I have never experienced this before and I have been running for 5 years and this will be my 5th Marathon. I have not done anything different to how I normally train. I am not in any pain but it just feels odd. Anyone ever had this? I really hope this means I am going to have to pull out. I have worked so hard for this. If I carry on am I going to regret it?
