Hi All

I completed my first marathon last week (Dublin) in 3.48 and I'm now very keen to get back out running, however, I have been told to have two weeks complete rest. What is everyone's thoughts on this?

I have been using Mazunio Rider 02 since April and found them to be a good shoe but after only 330 miles they have given up the ghost. After spending a lot of time looking for a new pair I decided to spend the cash ( £85)and I bought a pair of Creation but I'm not enjoying them every time I ware them my feet become very sore ( 125 miles todate ).The main reason I bought them is that I'm doing the Dublin Marathon in 3 weeks and I have no confidence in these shoes. Is it too late to buy another pair of shoes or should I keep with the Creation? will they get better.

Yes, I agree with you all I'm another unhappy customer. I ordered a Polar HRM from them last year in their Sale and after 5 weeks of waiting I cancelled it. Also each time i called looking for delivery details they were unhelpful. Why do RW support a company that so meny of us are unhappy with ????
Cheers Chris

Get up at 5.35 quick glasse of fresh orange then off I go. I run anything from 45 mins to 1hr 15 mins. It's hard to get up at first but once you have a set schd it becomes easy. During the week it's the best time for me to run as I have two small kids and they come first at night.
