Still 9 weeks to go Nurse. That's a long time. Hang in there.
Well done on the PB Andy and good luck with the 20 miles Tomorrow. I hauled my lazy ass out of bed at 5am, porridged up, and ran 20 miles. my longest run since Paris in April. It was very slow, but it's done!!
TB/TD - agree with you on the weapons thing. I too have been on that flight. Very, very sad.
Bikes - A Specialized Hard Rock and a Specialized Allez Elite. I call them mountainbike and roadbike respectively. Very imaginative I know. The Hard Rock took a bit of a battering at Saturday's Loch Lomond Tri. I should have loosened the suspension a bit... I am still walking like John Wayne. (For the younger ones here, he was a cowboy)
I know what you mean about losing the mental battle to 'fight' Suze. I am in the same place just now. When I did my marathon PB in Paris 2013 I had to remain focussed and had to fight hard for every one of the 42K! Struggling to push myself that hard at the moment...
Did the Loch Lomond triathlon on Saturday. Loved it! (but it isn't really marathon training is it???)
