I've set up a website which I post some articles about a popular but unrecognised illness called Scoliosis and a charity that I run for (SAUK).
In addition, I also log my training runs for each half marathon coming up. I've done this previously for my first one and I'm now training for my second half marathon (Torbay Half Marathon 24/6).
I had a dealing in the past where people said they weren't interested in charity work etc. which is fair enough but don't brand me for it, I'm just trying to raise awareness. Don't to reply to this post or view the website if you can't be nice about it, just ignore it
Please check it out run4scoliosis.blogspot.co.uk and let me know what you think ( there is the option to comment on each post).
I would first locate the problem, see a GP or Physio. If it is a symptom of something else inwhich compression tights can help then yes. I'm currently lookingat the 2XU. They are a bit more expensive then some other brands but I have heard plenty of good reviews about them. Also, try a thorough gait analysis.
