This is a wonderful run. Road shoes should be fine. Just enjoy it. Probably not a pb course but a race you will never forget for good reasons. Well organised and well marshalled. See you there !

Thank you, yet again another well executed, seamless event. Love the new course layout, the start and finish areas are great for families and children. the 1k was brilliant. BBQ was great, bar and cakes all on site! Course was tough in the heat and every runner deserved their medal. well done Capel, See you next year. ant and vicky, euan and fin

Have raced felsted now for last 3 years, an excellent route, well marshalled and yes very very hot. However there is also the TCC on the same day, which I have never ran. Anyone ran both that could give me an idea which one to go for this year?

Am in two minds....I have ran felsted for last 3 years and have noticed this TCC race on same day. Anyone ran both and can give me an idea if i should opt for felsted again or the TCC one instead?
