Yeah noticed that & when I was first interested in doing it I was hoping they would be having us carry dummy weapons. But it wasn't to be. I've seen another race called the " Fan Dance " which does have runners carry dummy weapons.
Well did it and glad I did. Hardest thing I've ever done to date.

Got mine stamped on the day. Had to ask around though to find out where to get it done.
Same as you, looking for sub 2 hours or if possible sub 1 hour 50 which is the para recruitment requirement.
I've been trying to get it as evenly spread as possible. Found if the weight was at the bottom the bag felt heavier.
