Looking to change my running form/style after suffering a foot injury. Came across an advert for "Chi running" in a local running shop. After seeing a bit of a video on Youtube it doesn't seem much different to some of the "Pose" method vids I've seen.
Is there really any difference between the two?
Could I get just the same advice off a running coach not affiliated to any certain style?
Leeds/Wakefield are and looking for people/coaches that can help in those regions.
Yeah noticed that & when I was first interested in doing it I was hoping they would be having us carry dummy weapons. But it wasn't to be. I've seen another race called the " Fan Dance " which does have runners carry dummy weapons.
