Being a lady of the more mature variety, I have recently taken to wearing skorts. I am, however, finding it difficult to find some that have a small zip pocket for keys/parkrun card. If anyone has found any please let me know.
It's my 2nd marathon, my first was 2 years ago, but I get stitch in the same place (right side) which moves to under my rib cage and gets so painful I have to stop running and bend double. This helps for a while but it usually comes back. I only seem to get it on my longer runs of over an hour but its the first time I have ever had this problem when training and I wondered if anyone can give me some advice as to what to do. The only change I have made since my first marathon is to change from dairy to soya for health reasons. Could this be the problem? I really don't want to go back to dairy. Any ideas?
