Went out for an easy 6 this morning, surprised how warm it was, a nice run to loosen up after yesterdays fairly sharpish 8 miles.
Not one for treadmills, only ever been on one once, and that was for gait analysis. My planned session tomorrow on the track is; 3 x 1.5 miles (quicker than 5K pace) with 3:45 static recovery. This is all going to change soon when I start my marathon plan, but I have a league race and a 10K in January so my training is still geared towards that.
Not started any plan yet, I usually get to a regular track session on a Tuesday with a group we have going, with work I could not make it, so went out early this morning and did a fairly brisk 8 miler, felt really well, considering I raced Sunday and a hilly half 2 weeks ago, legs felt very fresh.
