So glad (sorry) that someone else is with me. my better half started to get cold symptoms yesterday and I feel grotty today. Have been fighting the idea of going out for a run all day and finally took the brave option and didn't. Have now had dissolvable vit c and 4 oranges.
Keep telling myself that it will clear up in a few days, that trainings all done but its not helping!
Been lurking watching you all for a couple of weeks. Would really like to know how many of you have started to notice getting slower as you get older or is all down to training??? I had a long layoff a couple of yearss ago and have found it impossible to get back to what i preceive as anywhere near where I was. Basically dropping from low 35's to mid 37's over 10K. Over th last few weeks I've gone back to concentrating on mileage only to start feeling that maybe its the spped thats missing- or maybe I'm just getting old???
genius- like having frank horwill (cant think of another famous coach- arriva) here with me. Hold on does that mean I can lose some weight over 5k- does that mean i have to weigh over 5k before I can lose any or that i can lose weight whilst running it over the 5k- confused
