I'm running Amsterdam as my 1st marathon. Started a 20 week training plan a few weeks ago and its all going smoothly currently (tempted fate there so will probably pickup an injury tonight!) Looking forward to the fact it'll be flat as i'm sick of running up hills! |

Hi, starting to use your training plan next week and just have couple of queries. 1. There's likely to be a couple of weekends when i can't get out for the long run, can i interchange this for one of the midweek ones? 2. For the tempo runs do i do 1m easy then the 5m tempo followed by 1m easy or is it 1 + 3 + 1? Looking forward to getting stuck into it! |

I've been running in Vibram KSO's for the last year but just bought a pair of Merrell Road Gloves and have to say i love them even more than my Vibrams! Whatever shoe you get will be a "minimal" shoe not a "barefoot" shoe as the only "barefoot" shoes you can get are actually your own feet! |
